Literally translating to “grilled as you like it,” this savory pancake is made of a batter that includes a variety of mix-ins like cabbage, meat or seafood; and topped with sauce, mayo, and katsuobushi fish flakes. Learn how to make this iconic Osaka dish with an experienced Japanese cooking instructor during this cooking class in Osaka.
Besides okonomiyaki, you’ll learn how to make miso soup, a staple of Japanese cuisine, using Yoko’s homemade miso, along with two side dishes and a Japanese omelet. Then, finish off with a sweet dessert.
