Shikaku 的名字来源于环绕式的方形柜台，31 个座位一字排开，但餐厅却并不方正。餐厅于 2020 年开业，充满情调的灯光和温暖的木质吧台完美地捕捉到了火烤氛围的光芒。
Shikaku 菜单最令人兴奋的地方在于其独特的特色烹饪风格组合。菜单上的菜品既有炭火烧烤的美味佳肴，也有铁板烧的超高温闪烤。点菜菜单种类繁多，在品尝经典火锅饭的同时还能品尝到各种小菜。

Seated at the counter, enjoy an intimate dining experience while watching the chef prepare sizzling teppanyaki-style dishes like wagyu beef. Japanese donabe (earthenware pot) dishes like unagi are made to order; while it cooks, guests can taste a variety of fresh and seasonal appetizers. This course meal includes a tasting of three Japanese sakes of your choice. More than ten types of sake are available to choose from, alongside natural wines, shochu, and Japanese whiskey.
