Yotsuya Ushiko
Enjoy premium A5 wagyu at an accessible price point at Yotsuya Ushiko, a yakiniku restaurant in Tokyo.
Restaurant Details
Yotsuya Ushiko was created by the wagyu beef wholesale company Fujinawa Co. Ltd., as a way to make premium domestic beef more accessible for the average consumer. Having formed relationships with wagyu beef producers in all 47 prefectures of Japan, the company is able to provide the most high-quality cuts of wagyu at a reasonable price range for the average Joe. This includes the famed Matsuzaka beef, one of Japan’s three major brands of domestic beef, (which also includes the more internationally-recognized Kobe beef).
Yotsuya Ushiko offers four course meal options at different price points, as well as dishes that can be ordered a la carte. There is also a whole menu of Korean-style dishes and sides such as homemade kimchi, bean sprout namul, seafood pancakes, bibimbap, and more.
To enhance the yakiniku experience even more, Ushiko’s created their original “tsuke-dare,” a sweet and fruity dipping sauce. Add gochujang for an extra kick of spice!
