Restaurant Details
Minimalist yet luxurious, with tasteful embellishments of Edo-era antique dishes and artwork, Yakiniku Kappo Note creates a warm and versatile environment for everything from special occasions and romantic dinner dates to business meetings.
Sit at the sleek counter — the most coveted seats in the restaurant — for a view of the craftsmanship that goes into each and every dish at this high-end yakiniku restaurant. Or, choose a private room that seats up to six people, for a more intimate experience.
The menu at Yakiniku Kappo Note changes seasonally, but one thing remains constant: the highest grade wagyu beef always takes center stage. This ensures that even regular diners experience a unique arrangement of dishes every time, curated to the seasonality of the ingredients and utilizing the chef’s creative genius.
Every omakase course includes sashimi and grilled dishes. Picture succulent cubes of A5-grade wagyu beef, tender and pink; aromatic mixed rice flavored with deeply umami mushrooms; and appetite-stimulating broths. Drinks such as shochu, wine, and a special collection of sake are also offered.
