WASA is a modern Chinese restaurant located in Shibuya. Founded by Chef Masataka Yamashita, the restaurant masterfully combines traditional Chinese cooking techniques with carefully sourced ingredients.
In addition to their unique dishes, WASA offers a show-style dining experience where guests are given a front-row seat to watch the chefs prepare the meal. Skilful Chinese wok-cooking techniques are on full display as the chefs deftly toss and stir the ingredients.
