Trois Fleches
Quality steak in a classic atmosphere, with some exquisite appetizers to complete the luxury experience.
Restaurant Details
The old-school ambiance at this Ginza steakhouse leaves it feeling more casual than other high end places of its ilk in the area, but you can trust that it doesn’t compromise on quality.
At Trois Fleches, they serve up tenderloin and sirloin cuts of Kagoshima black beef, with the pieces stacked on a board for you to admire before they’re cooked for you. From here they are transported to the brick oven, filled with premium bintochan charcoal.
Also on the menu are some excellent appetizers to pique your appetite, such as shark fin and crab soup. The desserts are equally delicious, with a small tasting platter of sweets placed in front of you, and even white wine with flakes of truffle.
