Restaurant Details
There are many reasons to recommend The Bistro in Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, but the biggest reason is that you can comfortably enjoy authentic French food cooked by a master of the cuisine.
Not only has Head Chef Koji Ueda worked at Chateau Restaurant Taillevent Robuchon in Tokyo, but he also gained experience in France, working at the 3-star restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris and the Hotel du Palais in Biarritz.
Chef Ueda focuses on seasonal ingredients, and recently he has been focusing on devising health-conscious course meals using superfoods. Feel free to enjoy some light dishes or indulge in a full-fledged course meal at The Bistro.
