High-class teppanyaki grill cooking at a luxury hotel, where you can try premium Kobe and Hide beef alongside fresh seafood.

Restaurant Details

Teppanyaki Yamanami is one of the most luxurious, high-end restaurants to sample premium teppanyaki griddle pan cooking. This distinctly Japanese style of cooking meat, vegetables, and seafood is best enjoyed in the hands of a master chef such as Juniichi Hirano.

He is the grillmaster of this restaurant, who oversees the preparation of A5-grade premium wagyu beef from Kobe and Hida. Each variety has a perfect level of fatty marbling to make the meat incredibly tender.

The main counter of the restaurant looks out at the city from the 7th floor of the Keio Plaza Hotel, with another counter facing their well-manicured roof garden. Private rooms are also available for those who require an even more personal experience.

Aside from premium wagyu, the restaurant also offers up delicious seafood dishes such as lobster and abalone, all prepared with the same steady hands and dedication to high-end, sophisticated grilled cuisine.
