Sushi Ryuichi
Premium sushi in a relaxed atmosphere, where the course menus are filled with a never ending stream of pleasant surprises.
Restaurant Details
The Ginza area of Tokyo is known worldwide for its high-caliber sushi restaurants, and Sushi Ryuichi is no exception. However, inside its walls you’ll enjoy a far more relaxed experience than in much of the area’s other sushiya.
Rather than adhering strictly to tradition, Sushi Ryuchi’s enjoyment-first ethos means visitors can enjoy the absolute highest grade of sushi, while letting their hair down at the same time. This is exemplified in the fun and inventive course menus served for lunch and dinner.
Guests enjoy 10 pieces of seasonal nigiri using the freshest seafood from Toyosu Market, as well as a plethora of other treats: sashimi, soups, omelets, steamed dishes, grilled fish, fried seafood, and more. Guests can even request specific dishes to be included or omitted, to suit their preferences. They also boast a respectable stock of sakes (not to mention champagnes, beers, shochu and whiskey to suit all tastes).
