But that’s precisely what Sushi Academy promises. For a 2-hour time period, guests can choose from over 65 different menu items, ranging from a number of different styles of sushi — nigiri, gunkan and maki included — to small plates and sweet treats.
Just because it’s all-you-can-eat doesn’t mean it’s lacking in quality either — luxury ingredients like chutoro (medium-fatty tuna), ikura (salmon roe) and sea urchin are available on the menu too, in a space that distinctively feels higher-class than the typical image of an all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. Children aged 3 and under dine for free at Sushi Academy Shinjuku Nishiguchi. Guests with party members aged 3 and under do not need to make reservations for said guests, but they are requested to notify the concierge team of the number of these party members in the remarks field.
For children aged between 4 and 12, guests are requested to choose the appropriate course menu option. Guests with dietary restrictions and/or food allergies should inform the restaurant beforehand. The restaurant might not be able to accommodate guests who make same-day requests.
