Enjoy the famous beef master’s take on Japanese hot pot at his new Asagaya branch.

Restaurant Details

Sato Briand is one of the most well-known names in Tokyo beef dining. The titular chef presides over a handful of highly-rated stores where diners are treated to delicious beef dishes, focusing on the premium chateaubriand cut from the center of the tenderloin.

The newest branch, located in Asagaya, serves the exact same meat as in the highly-rated chain’s main Tokyo store, but with a slight twist. Here, the speciality is sukiyaki — a kind of hot pot in which you cook meat and veggies in a slightly sweet and rich soup. They also offer shabu shabu (another type of hot pot) and grilled dishes, too.

The dining style here means that it’s even more laidback than at the other restaurants under the brand. They have rooms which can accommodate up to ten people, making this a perfect place for entertaining friends or family.
