As far as French cuisine resumés go, you can't do much better than having the esteemed Joël Robuchon as a reference, as is the case with the chef at this top French restaurant in Roppongi.


This two Michelin star establishment follows an approach which values simple refinement: the ingredients being of such a quality that they can stand alone, without any garish flourishes. The result is some truly outstanding cooking, such as the shiitake mushroom tart.


The interior is classic yet modern, with a good mix of counter seats, tables, and private rooms, making it suitable for any big occasion.
