Located in the Ginza BVLGARI Hotel, this restaurant benefits from an extremely classy dining area with a modern feel, atmospheric lighting, white tablecloths, and floor-to-ceiling windows across the walls.
The menu is contemporary Italian with Japanese fusion elements, mostly making use of seasonal Japanese ingredients. The chef also imports some impossible to find ingredients straight from the motherland, with Neapolitan and Roman ingredients making their way to the plates of Luca Fantin.
All of the dishes are packed with authentic natural flavors, with contemporary standards of presentation. Even the salads are a sight to behold: a striking array of colored pieces arranged like a work of art against the backdrop of white plates.
