Restaurant Details

Only a few minutes away from Omotesando Station, Tokyo's most stylish neighborhood, lies an Italian restaurant by the name Ristorante Hiro. Guests are greeted by an expansive wine cellar display at the front door before being led to the dining hall.

Behind the kitchen door is the head chef Haruo Sekiguchi, who studied in Italy and Spain to refine his cooking skills. Sekiguchi takes advantage of his deep connection with the ingredients that he uses as well as the intuition of setting the right heat and using the right seasoning to his benefit. The best result of this is the restaurant's signature dish: a chilled capellini.

There are various types of courses available at Ristorante Hiro. Their freshly baked bread, included in every course, is also raved about. This well-known Italian restaurant is often fully booked and crowded, so an early reservation is recommended.
