Italian done in a Japanese format, with a nature-centric philosophy of freshness and flavor.

Restaurant Details

In the stylish area to the east of Omotesando Station — a criss-cross of streets housing chic restaurants and boutiques — is an Italian restaurant where the focus is on maximizing the natural flavors of each seasonal ingredient in their pantry. Nature and the seasons are central to the philosophy here, as signaled by the fresh arrangements of ferns, flowers, and small branches which give the interior a rustic beauty.

The chef, Ryuichi Hamasaki, welcomes you in like an old friend, and due to his outstanding cooking and hospitality, that’s exactly what many of his regulars become. He offers two separate course menus at both lunch and dinner, which contain brilliant pastas, mouthwatering meat dishes, and creamy risottos.

The exact dishes on offer changes daily depending on the exact ingredients available, so no matter how many times you’re sure to be pleasantly surprised by a fresh new addition straight from Hamasaki-san’s imagination.
