Chinese cuisine is delicious as it is diverse, and Sichuan cuisine is one that will set tongues ablaze with flavor. Armed with the cuisine’s rich history, countless spices and over fifty cooking methods, Piao-Xiang comes blazing into Tokyo’s foodscape with signature Sichuan dishes.
The Hiroo main branch only opened in July 2022, but already the restaurant has received a star in the 2024 edition of the Michelin Guide Tokyo. Piao-Xiang offers Tokyo diners a tantalisingly spicy Chinese dining experience, all while using top-quality domestic ingredients. With ingredients like Kumano jidori chicken from Mie, and fresh vegetables from around the country, Piao-Xiang adds Sichuan’s signature chili pepper and fragrance to tease and tantalize diners’ tastebuds.
