Natural Food Cafe Con Brio
A modern macrobiotic vegan cafe with a jazzy interior, combining the music with food to create a lasting impression.
Restaurant Details
Located northeast of Mt. Fuji, Natural Food Cafe Con Brio was first opened as a jazz cafe by the current owner's late father, a passionate jazz lover. The interior of the cafe demonstrates the love that the late owner had for the music genre. Take a step into the building and you'll see pictures of old jazz stars, a classic black piano in the center, and double bass leaning against the wooden wall.
Today, there are live jazz performance held within the cafe throughout the year and offers a great vibe for those wanting to enjoy some excellent food in a musical atmosphere.
In terms of the food, most of their dishes are primarily vegan and vegetarian. They are also many offerings of halal-friendly dishes that do not have alcohol. The pita bread sandwich and soy milk potage set are all delicious and very healthy. They also have plenty of vegan-friendly desserts on the menu, such as black goma and soy milk ice cream, and pound cake.
