Restaurant Details

Mǎzilù Lanzhou Beef Noodles is the only Lanzhou lamian (ramen) shop that has been certified by the Chinese government and has received recognition as "China Time-Honored Brand," which is a title only received by few long-standing shops in China. The beef noodles served here originated in the city of Lanzhou, where the chain has been serving the dish for over one hundred years. Shops that serve Lanzhou Beef ramen are given ranks, and Mǎzilù Lanzhou Beef Noodles has a distinguished rank of "Special Grade.” All the noodles here are made by craftsmen who hand-stretch the wheat-flour dough to give the noodles the perfect texture. Customers can choose the noodle thickness to suit their tastes.
