Les Copains de Dominique Bouchet
A small Michelin Bib Gourmand bistro in trendy Ginza offers a wide variety of lunch and dinner courses showcasing the best of French cuisine.
Restaurant Details
Opened by the premier Chef Dominique Bouchet of the luxurious Dominique Bouchet Tokyo, Les Copains de Dominique Bouchet operates on a philosophy of “bistronomy” – combining the aesthetics of a bistro atmosphere with authentic French gastronomy.
As is to be expected from Chef Bouchet, the sauces are key to the cuisine here. Generous helpings of it complete heartwarming dishes like quenelle and terrine, which are based on recipes from Chef Bouchet’s own mother. The restaurant’s pride lies in the paté en croute, traditionally cooked with duck meat as a base and wrapped in brisée dough.
Their lunch and dinner courses feature main meat and fish dishes that change every month in accordance with the season’s best ingredients. Choose their Menu Dejeuner for a more traditional French lunch course, or leave it up to the chef with the omakase-style Menu Les Copains, perfect for birthdays and anniversaries.
Pair your choice of menu with a selection from their wine selection, including Dominique Bouchet’s own champagne label and a variety of red and white wines. Whether guests opt for the bistro’s table seating or a private room for up to eight people, a one-of-a-kind encounter with French cuisine is guaranteed.
