Restaurant Details

Expressing gentleness and elegance, this French restaurant along a brick-paved avenue in Ginza is the talk of the town. L'Art et la Maniere's dining room channels a gentle and delicate atmosphere with its minimalistic decor, while its private rooms feature ornate decorations.

Serving full-course meals utilizing the freshest of seasonal Japanese ingredients, they carefully prepare dishes following the French cooking techniques mastered by the executive Chef Hiromi Koshimizu during his experience working at top-class French restaurants.

With over 250 labels of wine collected by the owner-sommelier Noriatsu Yoshioka himself, guests are able to enjoy the perfect pairings for their course meal, a touch which tips the gourmet experience here into utter excellence.
