Owner Yoshi Okuno gained experience at no less than 8 Michelin-starred restaurants across Italy. After opening four restaurants in Japan he is now a leading authority on the cuisine in Asia, acting as a consultant for many restaurants across the region.
His restaurant in Roppongi specializes in dishes from the Piedmont and Liguria regions, such as ruffle gratin, as well as many south Italian dishes, and classics such as pasta and pizza prepared in a traditional kiln-style oven.
