Fantastic griddle pan dishes in the heart of Tokoy’s vibrant downtown, where you can try premium wagyu beef and seafood.

Restaurant Details

Located in Tokyo Midtown — the huge shopping, dining, and entertainment complex in Roppongi — this is one of the best restaurants in Tokyo for trying fantastic grilled meat and seafood. In addition to premium Imahan wagyu beef, they also serve grilled Kashima clams, and even cooked-alive abalone (placing them firmly among the least vegan-friendly restaurants in the city).

Floor to ceiling windows let the afternoon sunshine in, and the atmosphere of the city at night. A backdrop of twinkling city lights offer a touch of elegance that you just can’t find in the standard windowless Tokyo eateries.

Premium ingredients are the real stars of the show, but they would be nothing without the careful direction of the chefs. You’ll sit right across the counter and watch these highly-skilled professionals flip and spin ingredients to cook them evenly, creating some of the best grilled treats you’re ever likely to have.
