Kei Collection Paris
When Kobayashi Kei expanded his culinary empire to the high-luxe skyscape of Toranomon, he dubbed it a "gastronomical grill playground for adults."
Restaurant Details
In a collaboration between Michelin-starred Kobayashi Kei (the same figure behind Kei in Paris) and Masatsugu Kubo, Kei Collection Paris arrives in gleaming Toranomon as half swanky skybar, half grill gastronomic haven.
Make sure to dress to impress when you come here; sitting on the top floors of Toranomon Hills Station Tower, the place is grander than grand — picture window-framing lofty ceilings with views of Tokyo's glistening cityscape, dramatic theater curtains, interior by Kosaka Ryu and Saint-Louise crystal lights.
Kobayashi excels in French cooking techniques (there’s a reason why he was the first Asian chef to clinch three Michelin stars), but here, the spotlight shifts to the grill. The ala carte menu of charcoal-fueled haute cuisine features lobster, abalone and meat. The stone-grilled beef shigureni sushi rolls, nestled on top of crispy seaweed and turban shell grilled with seaweed butter and fish sauce shows Kobayashi's supremacy where the land meets the sea.
The rooftop bar has expert bartender gliding with effortless grace and concocting trend-setting cocktails. Folks enjoy France-imported wines and whiskeys on the rocks while soaking in the view of the 250-meter infinity pool.
※ Reservations are accepted for dinner only, while the bar operates on a walk-in basis and is open until 2 am.
