Chef Yamanobe crafted each dish for his omakase menu using historic culinary techniques from the Edo period. With his passion for new challenges, Yamanobe is constantly presenting pleasantly surprising dishes each season. A dish not to be missed is his Tianjin noodles, the crowning glory which caps off each of his set-course meals.
