Restaurant Details

Boasting the “finest ingredients and best hospitality”, each dish created at Seryna is a work of edible art. Indulge in luxurious Kobe beef, exquisite crab dishes, and curated seasonal delicacies. Established in 1962, the company prides itself on a long-standing reputation for sourcing the finest ingredients and preparing them with the expertise of skilled chefs.

Seryna is one of the few restaurants to receive a “Kobe Beef Shop” certification from the Kobe Beef Marketing and Distribution Promotion Association. The Kobe beef they serve is renowned for its exceptional lineage, as only a limited number of over 4,000 heads of Kobe beef are certified yearly.

Guests are invited to unwind and savor a meal in a warmly-lit, elegant space that embraces the essence of Japanese aesthetics. Seryna’s a la carte menu showcases an array of exquisite dishes, including beef and crab shabu-shabu, and meals are available for both lunch and dinner.

Located in the basement of the Tiffany Building on Ginza’s main street of Chuo-dori, the Seryna Ginza store welcomes you with a cozy interior adorned with the beauty of natural wood grain. Choose from spacious table seats for relaxed conversations or intimate counter seats for couples. For special occasions or private gatherings, private rooms are also available.
