GINZA JOTAKI
Classic Chinese dishes are given a luxurious twist at this Ginza restaurant.
Restaurant Details
The menu at this Chinese restaurant in Ginza is sure to impress even the most jaded Chinese food connoisseur with the luxury and originality on display. The selection of over 100 wine varieties gives wine aficionados something to sing about too.
Donning a somewhat comically tall toque blanche with sincerity, the chef here cooks up elegant Chinese cuisine with generous helpings of luxury in the form of ingredients such as caviar, truffles, wagyu beef, and shark fin. There are very few things in the world which aren’t made better through the addition of truffles.
The interior is a stylish space — all blacks and dark reds, with mixed wood tones in the counter, walls, and flooring. This sets the tone for one of the most lavish Chinese meals in Tokyo.
