The restaurant’s impeccable design is anchored by checkered tiles, white-linen-covered tables, dark wood and rustic farm-themed antiques. Rows of sleek wine glasses and Dutch ovens on the exposed cabinet, alongside hanging copper pans, evoke the sense of a well-oiled, ever-active kitchen. Chef Yaoki Tsujimura draws from his training in southern France during the 90s to craft contemporary French cooking with a masterful touch. He prefers butter as the cooking fat, and ensures the dish is enriched with deep, flavorful sauces.
