808 Monsmare has been serving quality Italian food centered on wood-fired cuisine in Hakone Yumoto, joining two cultures’ cuisines together. It received the TripAdvisor Excellence Certification in 2019, placing it as one of the best reviewed restaurants in the Hakone-cho area.
All the ingredients are carefully selected from around the world, as well as gathered locally from Odawara and Hakone areas. All the pizzas are baked in a stone oven and topped with a wide variety of unique and familiar ingredients. There is also vegan-friendly pizza available.
There is an open kitchen for customers to see how their pizza is prepared and the exterior of 808 Monsmare showcases a large amount of firewood that the restaurant uses to cook.
