Kaori is a certified wagashi instructor and a former member of the Wagashi Promotion Association. Aside from making wagashi, Kaori is also passionate about calligraphy and handcraft. At the end of the class, you'll receive a handmade gift from her. She used to work as a volunteer guide in Tokyo and enjoys meeting people from different cultural backgrounds. She can also provide local tips for exploring Mitaka!
