Description
This bottle of sake is called "Tatara no Mai" and is the third local sake produced in the Hida region. Since the first local Hida sake, Tatara no Kaze, was met with much approval and many requests for more sake were received, this dry junmai was created. Like its predecessors, it is made from special sake rice that is grown in Hida, Shimane Prefecture. As one drinks this dry junmai ginjo sake, one can enjoy the fruity aroma and full, refreshing flavors. Tatara no Mai was produced with the help of Yoshida Shuzo, a long-established sake brewery in Hirose, Yasugi City.
