Description
One of Japan’s top three varieties of udon, Inaniwa udon from Yuzawa City in Akita Prefecture is renowned for its firm and smooth texture. Its history stretches back four hundred years ago, when wheat-farming villagers in the area gave these highly-valued udon noodles to their feudal lord as an offering.
Over the past few decades, Tomiya Shoten has been producing and perfecting their Inaniwa udon, which has been well-received by customers for its high-quality texture and flavor. Now, they make a few different types of their signature udon, like this one, packaged in an elegant gift box.
This box contains 5 bundles of Inaniwa udon (200g per bundle). It is recommended as a gift. If purchasing udon for personal consumption or looking for other product sizes/variations, see Tomiya Shoten’s other products.
The shelf life is up to 730 days, but may vary depending on the timing of shipping.
