Join the hundreds of sushi enthusiasts who have trained here in this private, premium sushi-making class, you can learn about the art of sushi-making guided by the restaurant's experienced chefs.
Wearing a traditional white hat, you’ll join a professional chef and learn to make four classic types of nigiri sushi: maguro (tuna), salmon, salmon roe, and ebi (shrimp), six pieces in total. From molding the sushi rice to cutting seafood, your hosts will guide you through each step while you cook at your pace in this private class. After cooking, try hand-rolled sushi made by the instructor to compare the quality and flavors, followed by a wasabi tasting. The instructor will also make Tama Sushi’s special tamagoyaki, an original recipe for the popular Japanese-style rolled omelet.
