Away from the tourist crowds, this tour starts with a stroll through a shopping street where residents go grocery shopping. See daily life in Osaka while Max shows you around, answering any questions you may have about Japanese products. You’ll then go to his modern kitchen studio where you’ll cook and enjoy the dish of your choice.

Do you fancy okonomiyaki, or perhaps ramen? Maybe you’re vegan or have a gluten-free dietary requirement. This cooking class will be tailored to your dietary preferences and needs, so please let your host know what kind of foods you’d like to make and what your restrictions are, and he’ll take care of the rest. The menu is completely flexible, so choose your favorite foods from Japan (or Osaka!) and enjoy cooking and eating in Max’s spacious cooking studio with a great city view. The meal includes Japanese tea and a seasonal dessert.
