Experience Details

If you want to learn about Japanese culture and history, making traditional sweets is a delectable place to start. Boasting stunning views of the Kanda River, this home cooking course will teach you all there is to know about wagashi, or Japanese sweets.

Get into the groove with a seasonal story about the Japanese sweets you’ll learn to make. Then, you’ll try making strawberry daifuku and three-color dango, both of which can be enjoyed with a selection of tea or coffee. And since you’re going to want to take the recipe home with you, a downloadable recipe will be provided so you can recreate the taste of Japan back home!
