This tour involves riding folding bikes, which might be smaller than the ones you usually ride.
Please wear clothes and shoes that are suitable for cycling.
The bicycles supplied have a maximum weight limit of 100kg and are best suited for riders between 140 and 190cm tall.
This tour can be adapted for gluten-free or pescatarian diets. If you have any dietary restrictions, please notify the host upon booking so they adjust the food contents accordingly.
If the stores and restaurants included in the itinerary are closed on the day of the tour, the host will take you to alternative ones.
