Yukihide and his band of merry chefs have an impressive combination of skill sets and experiences between them. They operate as a four-man team depending on the number of guests, however–due to their close working relationships–they share a common understanding and set of principles among them: to share the art of Japanese cooking and sushi-making with the culinarily curious. We had a great experience as a family of 4 with chef Hide sushi making classes. Highly recommended this class. Very professional and also fun at the same time.
