Established in 2015 near Kappabashi, Tokyo’s “Kitchen Town,” this studio offers a space for learning about Japanese gastronomy in English, with an emphasis on Japanese tea. They wish to convey the many ways of enjoying tea, which is central to the Japanese lifestyle and culture. Courses on Japanese sweets, sake, and cooking are also offered.

This was such an amazing class! I am gluten intolerant and my daughter is vegan, and they were able to accommodate us both. They were very careful to ensure no cross contamination. I learned a lot ...阅读更多

Brilliant! Such a great experience. Japan isn't the most vegan friendly place, but this class offered both vegan and vegetarian options, which put my partner and me at ease.
