Shikaku 的名字來源於環繞式的方形櫃檯，31 個座位一字排開，但餐廳卻並不方正。餐廳於 2020 年開業，充滿情調的燈光和溫暖的木質吧檯完美地捕捉到了火烤氛圍的光芒。
Shikaku 菜單最令人興奮的地方在於其獨特的特色烹飪風格組合。菜單上的菜品既有炭火燒烤的美味佳餚，也有鐵板燒的超高溫閃烤。點菜菜單種類繁多，在品嚐經典火鍋飯的同時還能品嚐到各種小菜。

Seated at the counter, enjoy an intimate dining experience while watching the chef prepare sizzling teppanyaki-style dishes like wagyu beef. Japanese donabe (earthenware pot) dishes like unagi are made to order; while it cooks, guests can taste a variety of fresh and seasonal appetizers. This course meal includes a tasting of three Japanese sakes of your choice. More than ten types of sake are available to choose from, alongside natural wines, shochu, and Japanese whiskey.
