VegeVege Kitchen is a restaurant that serves up 100% vegan cuisine in Hakodate, Hokkaido. No dishes on the menu are made with any animal ingredients. Instead, customers are able to experience plenty of delicious and fresh vegetable-based dishes.
The menu includes a weekly lunch plate and a lunch bowl that comes with a generous serving of rice. The presentation and colors make the food look stunning. The lunch box set alone has about 10 colorful vegetables all seasoned individually.
They also have oatmeal teriyaki hamburger, vegetable karaage, and vegetable curry dishes for all the curry lovers out there.
The entrance of the restaurant has a sliding door, behind which many cute lunch boxes are lined up for customers to take out.
VegeVege Kitchen only opens for lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and requires reservation at least a day in advance. Almost every lunch set costs around 1000 yen.
