Udon-bo Osaka
Be served piping hot udon as soon as you take your seat in Osaka, Japan's udon-loving city.
Restaurant Details
The Udon-bo located in Umeda is the second branch after the main one in Shikoku. Its popularity has been off the charts recently, and because of its demand in Osaka, one shop opened up in the middle of the city.
Highly acclaimed by udon lovers all around, Udon-bo's specialty is its sanuki udon. There's a wide range of menu options as well including curry udon and olive pork tsukemen, with meat from Shodoshima. The shoyu-based soup is lightly seasoned and garnished with the usual toppings like fried eggplant, sliced ginger, green onion, and sesame seeds. A delicious range of tempura is also on the menu.
There's always a line outside of Udon-bo, but because of its efficient queuing system where orders are taken in advance, customers are served as soon as they get to their seats.
