Sincere Garden is a vegetarian cafe in Aoyama, Tokyo, that offers a carefully-curated menu that will satisfy those who want to eat their fill of vegetables. All the dishes and sweets are made in-house, and are free from any animal products. Takeout is also available.
For their standard menu, they have Ayurveda curry plate, garden salad, tofu-natto-avocado mineral salad with seasonal vegetables, and seasonal veggie gluten-free bread salad. These set meals all come with rice or gluten-free bread and special blended herb tea.
The desserts at Sincere Garden are also very delicious and healthy. They include rice flour gateau chocolat with strawberry ice cream, peanut maple toast, soy tiramisu, and banana cake with tofu cream.
If you want to feel more relaxed, you can go to the spa located inside the cafe. Set deals are available only on weekdays: lunch and reflexology (30 min or 45 min), and sweets and reflexology (30 min or 45 min). Making a reservation in advance is highly recommended.
