Restaurant Details

Sandaime Wakihiko Shouten is an exclusive, members-only yakiniku restaurant in Osaka's Fukushima Ward that’s only available to their regular patrons and a well-connected few.

Specializing solely in rice and meat, they serve their meals without alcohol, to allow guests to enjoy the pure flavor of yakiniku. Platters of meat are served up in elegant arrangement, each cut labeled. Rice is served in the ohitsu (wooden rice container) in which it was cooked, and complementary refills are available.

Sandaime Wakihiko’s signature sauce is a dark, miso-based condiment whose recipe was passed down from the original owner of the store, dating back to 1918.

In a room with traditional Japanese ambiance, enjoy a thoughtfully-presented meal and experience the pure and unadulterated flavor of each cut of meat.
