Ryoura
Test out the revolutionary flavors of futuristic French confectionery.
Restaurant Details
Combine the first part of the chef's name with the word meaning the future, and you have the coinage “Ryoura.” With a deep desire to create intriguing sweets with a personalized character, Chef Ryosuke Sugamata's humble French patisserie is one that shouldn’t be bypassed.
Each sweet has an exciting flavor factor: a custard cream pie with a dash of salty aftertaste, a milky chocolate cake which starts off as sweet and ends with the pleasant bitterness of cocoa, not to mention the classic mille-feuille reinvented according to a house recipe.
The refreshing blue glimmer of the exterior would catch anyone's eye. Rows of brightly colored sweets line the showcase — including a variety of flavored cakes, baked goods, and the bestselling macarons.
