Ryotei Cerulean Tower Sukiya
An exclusive and luxurious kaiseki experience meal, suitable for the most important celebrations and occasions.
Restaurant Details
The Kyoto-style architecture of this kaiseki restaurant — put together in the sukiya fashion of old Edo tea houses — transports guests to a world of tranquility. Located inside the 5-star Cerulean Tower Tokyo Hotel, its private tatami rooms offer an ideal venue for a once-in-a-lifetime event meal. These can seat anywhere from two to 14 guests, and each has its own distinct style.
Head chef Nobuhiko Fukuda is at the forefront of modern kaiseki dining, marrying Japanese tradition with elements of European cuisine, to produce seasonal course menus which are bursting with color, flavor, and discovery.
His approach requires such attention to detail, that the restaurant only takes two bookings per day: one for lunch, and one for dinner. As you might expect, this means the hospitality is second to none. While the cuisine reveals the depth of traditional Japanese cuisine, the service reveals the true meaning of omotenashi (traditional Japanese hospitality).
