The "Pork Shoulder Loin Steak Curry" is the signature dish at R Sri Lanka. The curry is made with spices shipped directly from Sri Lanka by the former owner, and you can choose from three levels of spiciness. You’ll feel the spiciness the moment you taste the curry, but then the sweetness of the coconut milk will softly bring it all together. The aftertaste is also refreshing. The authentic spices provide a deep medley of flavors, but the curry is very easy to eat.
Besides the curry, their 200-gram pork steak, simply seasoned with only salt and pepper, is sweet and firm to the touch. The flavor of each bite makes the curry more mellow.
