The heart of Nouka no Daidokoro is its exquisite selection of seasonal vegetables sourced directly from over 600 extraordinary farmers all across Japan. The produce is showcased at the salad bar, where guests can choose from dozens of vegetables, dressings and toppings to create their own delicious salad. The restaurant offers a selection of all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink course options as well as a non-vegetarian menu.
Nouka no Daidokoro’s commitment to the freshest farm-grown produce is reflected in its interior design, where the space is decked with wooden tables and plenty of vegetable displays.
