Myojaku
Savor seasonal Japanese ingredients in a Japanese omakase course at Myojaku, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Tokyo.
Restaurant Details
Myojaku is a Michelin-starred omakase restaurant in the heart of the Japanese capital. Such an esteemed honor proves the restaurant’s excellence, but Myoujyaku’s true mark of caliber is their utmost attention to detail.
In a seasonal omakase course that’s entirely chosen by the chef, the chef himself must be top-notch, and chef Hidetoshi Nakamura doesn’t disappoint. Chef Nakamura himself inspects every piece of fish, meat, and vegetables to meet the impeccable standards of the restaurant.
The omakase menu at Myoujyaku is seasonal, so you can expect something different each time you visit. Sip sweet and fruity cups of sake between bites while enjoying conversations with your companions. The intimate space offers warmth and familiarity, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience without worry.
