Mirei
Switch out course menus for a proud a la carte list of traditional Japanese offerings.
Restaurant Details
Named after a French painter who is adored by the chef of the restaurant, Mirei is a Japanese restaurant that skips the traditional omakase menu and focuses on a la carte instead. Unlike others, the chef prefers to give the freedom of choice to the customers when it comes to ordering whatever they like, as much as they like. This says quite a bit about the confidence level Mirei has on every single one of its dishes.
Simplicity is the chef's specialty, but don't be deceived by the plain appearances, there’s plenty of extravagance in the flavors. The standard dishes include seasonal vegetables and steamed anago sushi. Mirei is a different kind of Japanese restaurant that had the boldness to set itself apart— the Michelin star is proof of their success in doing so.
