Restaurant Details
Located in the countryside area of Toyama, L'Ensoleiller is a French-inspired restaurant with one Michelin star.
The owner/chef traveled to the French countryside when he was in training and was inspired by the rich blessings of nature and local ingredients. Local production for local consumption is the mission of the restaurant. Their vegetables, beans, and grains are all grown by local farmers; and seafood and meat come from Toyama Bay.
You can enjoy dishes such as wagyu beef from Toyama Prefecture, cooked simply and deliciously, without the fatty taste peculiar to wagyu. The presentation is elegant, simple, and colorful.
Drive to this Michelin-starred French restaurant in the countryside of Toyama and enjoy a relaxing day in the natural environment!
