L'Eau Blanche
At L'Eau Blanche, you can savor French Cuisine at a French Restaurant where you can enjoy a wonderful “mariage” with wine.
Restaurant Details
L'Eau Blanche means “white water” in English, and here, the chef will create your dishes so that the ingredients are used to the fullest, like the smooth flow of water filling a vessel. Carefully-selected wines will also bring out the natural flavors of these dishes.
Inside the restaurant, there are two opposing atmospheres: the liveliness from the open kitchen and calmness of the Naka River outside the window.
For lunch, they have the Chef Shirakawa’s omakase course, which is priced at 10,000 yen. For dinner, they have three courses at three different prices: 10,000 yen, 13,000 yen, and 15,000 yen. All of them come with 7 kinds of dishes including appetizer, fish and meat dishes, and dessert.
L'Eau Blanche is located just a 6-minute walk from Nakasukawabata Station. Making a reservation before you go is highly recommended.
